It’s early April and the weeping cherry trees at Seiunji Temple near Bushu-Nakagawa station on the Chichibu line are blooming. They attract a lot of visitors from Tokyo and elsewhere as they were planted in the year 1423 by the priest of Seiunji Temple and are the largest of their kind in Saitama Prefecture. And very beautiful! The steam train made a special trip past in the afternoon, attracting a lot of photographers who have a passion for steam trains!
